Contact me and give me an appointment. I will prepare a requirement analysis, free of charge, and will then prepare an offer and gladly present it to you free of charge.

I will include a number of different courses of action in my proposals that I will then review with you from the cost/benefit point of view.

Once the agreed action has been initiated and completed there will also be a follow-up and evaluation phase which I will be happy to structure and supervise..
