It all starts with a goal

I studied psychology at universities in Germany and in the USA and graduated with an American Master's degree. Since 2000 I have been working in the field of management consultancy and personnel development.

My work is goal and customer oriented. My distinguishing feature is the way I keep close to all projects right through to their final implementation and beyond. The important thing for me is that you should readily see the benefit that you derive from my work..

It is also important to me in my work not to hand in some standard plan of action but to work together with you, the client, to produce a tailor-made solution.

Training and personnel development activities in english as well as in german language are also part of my repertoire.
